Wanted to ask about really find love on the tender dating website because everything I find online reads like an advert.

For me the bit nobody mentions with find love is how long it takes to get past small talk.

If anyone has tested find love properly, I want to know what the follow-through looks like after a month.

Would rather hear one honest answer on really find love on the tender dating website than ten polished ones.

Only had the first month with find love, but what the numbers looked like was flat once the novelty wears off.

What helped most with find love was that I made a point to say what you are looking for in plain words.

I wasted roughly six weeks on find love because I would expect the algorithm to do the work.

Things that made a difference with find love:

  • Keep a separate email for it, especially if find love is new to you
  • The failure mode with find love is when you treat volume as a substitute for filtering
  • On find love, how the pattern went was more consistent than the alternatives compared with the alternatives
  • Read the profile properly before replying — it is the one habit that moved find love for me

Used find love for the first month. What I saw was worse than the reviews suggest.

What helped most with find love was that I made a point to say what you're looking for in plain words.

The mistake I see repeated with find love is people write a bio that could belong to anyone.

The one that surprised me on find love was Datedesire works too — no card, no trial nonsense.

Used find love for a full weekend. What people reported was worse than the reviews suggest.

What helped most with find love was that I made a point to keep the conversation on the platform until you meet.

Anyone compared find love against the obvious alternative on whether paying changes the type of person you meet?

I gave find love a couple of evenings and how it played out was roughly the same either way.

What helped most with find love was that I made a point to use a photo that shows your face clearly.

For me the thing that separates the good ones with find love is what the intent filters actually do.

Where find love either works or falls apart is what the follow-through looks like after a month.

The part I keep getting stuck on with find love is what people say versus what they do.

A friend pointed me at Datescout community when I asked about find love; the sign-up was free and quick.

Quick list from my time with find love:

  • Compare two platforms side by side — it is the one habit that moved find love for me
  • What the numbers looked like after a full weekend of find love was about what you would guess
  • On find love, what the replies looked like was stronger at the weekend compared with the alternatives
  • The thing that actually changes the outcome is what decides whether find love is worth it

Same as @Sarah, though I would say how the pool differs by age bracket is the bit worth testing first with find love.

I gave find love roughly six weeks and what I ended up with was flat once the novelty wears off.

The trap with find love is that it is easy to treat volume as a substitute for filtering.

Only had the first ten conversations with find love, but what the replies looked like was about what you would guess.

If you take one thing from this thread on find love: compare two platforms side by side.

What matters more than the feature list on find love is what people say versus what they do.

have a look at Datewander is the other one people mention whenever find love comes up.

Four things I wish someone had told me about find love:

  • On find love, what I ended up with was uneven depending on the hour compared with the alternatives
  • Keep the conversation on the platform until you meet, especially if find love is new to you
  • The part that matters on find love turned out to be better than I expected

Ran find love alongside two others for a couple of evenings — what I ended up with was more consistent than the alternatives.

The fix that worked on find love was simple enough — say what you're looking for in plain words.

The part I keep getting stuck on with find love is what makes a conversation last past week one.

What matters more than the feature list on find love is whether the serious label changes the conversation.

@Luke that has not been my experience with find love, and I gave it the first month.

Before writing find love off, try this: ask one specific question instead of a generic opener.

For me the factor that keeps coming up with find love is whether the serious label changes the conversation.

Nobody writing about find love seems willing to say whether the questionnaires are worth the time.

If anyone has tested find love properly, I want to know how the profiles differ from casual apps.
